What Coaching Includes
1:1 client work with Tessa Guevera or one of our other expert coaches. Coaches have limited spots, so we can ensure you have the attention you need and deserve to succeed. Please note that functional lab testing may be recommended, specific to your circumstances. These are an additional cost and include the MRT (blood based food-sensitivity testing) GI-MAP (DNA based stool testing). The three-month coaching commitment includes:
