I have been introducing the art of Intermittent Fasting for several years not really understanding the science behind it. Jumping in with Cynthia and becoming an IF 45 coach has filled the scientific knowledge void that I felt that I had. Not only did I gain a better understanding of the benefits of Fasting, I also learned the various types of Fasting strategies and how each one benefits the body. I have been able to help my clients develop their own fasting schedules that go way beyond the common 16:8 schedule. This is a beginner schedule that barely scratches the service of what fasting can do for the body. Now, my clients are thriving on a whole new level.
