Our Approach
The Wholistic Blueprint is an 8-week program, taught by myself, Cynthia Thurlow, and my team of certified coaches. With over 50 years of combined clinical experiences who have also navigated perimenopause and menopause, we are here to help you take back your hormonal health! In this program, you'll learn to course correct and edit your lifestyle habits to ensure you are not just surviving, but thriving. This program was created to focus on important concepts to female hormonal health.

A 20 minute on-boarding call with one of our certified coaches to help you define your priorities and greatest concerns.

Two 30 minute 1:1 calls to review each test and provide personalized recommendations regarding lifestyle, nutrition, additional testing and, if necessary, a referral to other licensed healthcare professionals in your area (please check the 2 tiers available below).

Three 60 minute group coaching calls in a live and personalized environment to meet your needs!

Options to refer you to a trusted exercise science based personal trainer, who only works with middle aged women

We believe that these are some of the most empowering tests available, in conjunction with conventional serum/blood based options and a comprehensive medical history.
GI MAP with Zonulin:
