    I am very pleased with this order. It is very fine and mixes well. I have been adding 1 scoop to my Greek yogurt. I like that it increases the fiber in my diet for bowel health. I will continue to order.

Simply Fiber: Digestion Resistant Starch/Fiber Blend

Simply Fiber contains two forms of resistant starch (RS) type II: organic green banana flour and organic potato starch powder. RS is a type of starch that is resistant to digestion, as enzymes in the gastrointestinal (GI) tract are inactive against it. Once RS reaches the large intestine, it is fermented into short-chain fatty acids, which are used as fuel for both beneficial microbes and enterocytes of the GI tract. Simply Fiber benefits GI health through its ability to support microbial balance and proper intestinal permeability and integrity. Additionally, this formula may help support optimal blood sugar and insulin metabolism, normal appetite, and cardiovascular health.*

Recommended Use: Take 10 grams (approximately one scoop) per day or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Best if mixed into liquid using a blender or shaker bottle. Can also be mixed into food such as yogurt or gluten-free cereal. Due to the nature of resistant starch, consider starting with a smaller dose and titrating up to a full serving, depending on your tolerance.
