I really learned so much from listening to the both of you. I am the kind of person who gets fixated on numbers on the scale and ketone strips in the past. That only brought me down. I feel so much better about just doing the work and not running out to get all the gadgets. I also am excited to read some of the books you both talked about. I am so excited to keep learning how to become my best healthiest self and not a number on the scale.
Listened to this on my way to work, great information. I love how Cynthia is such a great interviewer. Such insight into fasting and keto way of living and all the health benefits. Great tidbits of info on how you can sabatoge your weight loss journey without even realizing it. So grateful I found her podcasts!
Thank you Kristi! So glad you are enjoying the podcasts!
I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed this Interview! I am excited to read Ketoflex! And excited for Cynthia’s book next year! Thank you so much Ambra!
