  1. I live in Canada and only work Part Time (so not alot of $$$). In saying that can you recommend a suitable app to support Intermittent Fasting that I could use. I have done all sorts of diets and tired of paying $$$ for something that either I can’t stick too or get bored. I don’t eat my “first” meal till 11-12 noon. And then stop around [7:30]-8pm. It is hard sometimes as I work in Health Care and breaks are at different times depending on the shift.
