Wholistic Blueprint Extension is a year-long support group.

You will receive:

• All IF:365 access and benefits
• (1) 30-minute monthly group call
• (3) 30-minute calls with Tessa OR Cynthia
• (3) 15-minute calls for targeted health coaching with Sarah OR Tina
• Access to health coaches and Tessa OR Cynthia in Practice Better. (Note that we will be transitioning to another platform in 2024.)
• Ability to review labs (1 DUTCH or 1 GI Map per year)
• Discounted rate for programs throughout the year (first come, first serve)
• A spot in live recordings for select podcasts (Coming in 2024 – Everyday Wellness Insider)
